From 'Hello' to Your Final Film

Planning a wedding has a lot of moving parts, but capturing your story shouldn't be stressful. Here is exactly how we work together to turn your wedding day into a timeless film.

1. Connect & Consult

  • Reach Out: Check out our portfolio to make sure you love our documentary style, then drop us a line via email, text, or our contact page.

  • The Chat: We will set up a quick phone consultation to get to know your vibe, share ideas, and talk through your wedding timeline.

2. Lock It In

  • Secure Your Date: We require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement to reserve your wedding date.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due one month before your big day.

3. Pre-Wedding & The Big Day

  • Planning Calls: Leading up to the wedding, we will hop on the phone to map out logistics and note any special moments or VIPs you want captured.

  • Wedding Day: Relax and enjoy your day! We will focus on capturing your story naturally as it unfolds.

4. Post-Production & Delivery

  • First Draft (8–16 Weeks): We carefully back up, color-grade, and sound-design your footage. You will receive your initial video draft within 8 to 16 weeks.

  • Included Revisions: Your package includes one round of minor revisions. To keep your project moving, we ask for feedback within 7 days via a single email with clear timestamps.

  • Final Delivery: We will polish and deliver your final films within 14 days of receiving your edits. (All final deliverables are guaranteed within a maximum of 4 months).
